i-gel® Supraglottic Airway
I-Gel is a modern supraglottic/extraglottic airway device developed for rapid, safe, and intubation-free airway management in emergency medicine, prehospital care, and tactical medicine.
Unlike conventional LMAs, it has a cuffless design. Its anatomical mask, made of gel-like thermoplastic elastomer material, naturally conforms to the pharynx upon insertion, providing rapid airway security by sealing around the epiglottis, piriform sinus, and hypopharynx.
